At legs and paddles, we are all about sharing our personal experiences in the en-devours to stay fit and motivate others along. What role does cardio activities like running,cycling and at home exercises  play in our lives to improve our life style and stay healthy. 

We will share tips and suggestions for participating in Half and full Marathons. What diet plans should we follow if we are planning to finish a marathon, go for a long ride, participate in a race event etc.
