I am a fitness enthusiast and a researcher. I like to participate in cycling events and running Marathons with an aim to participate in Iron-man soon. I like to research about almost everything which belongs to fitness industry and through this blog I would like to share the importance of exercise and diet in improving our life style.

    I have gone through your posts and they are quite inspiring and motivating. After reading the information that you have provided, achieving fitness does not seem to be a hard work but a smart work. I don’t know if you can help me but my concern is more about my diet which I am more worried about. I know factors like body type , lifestyle , my day’s schedule play a major role in the conditioning of health. But still if you can give me a general idea or some basic points which I can keep in mind so that if not a great physique, at least I can lead a health life.
